The awards ceremony took place in Mumbai and was attended by stalwarts from the hospitality industry. The flagship citation at the National Awards for Excellence in Hotel Industry was preceded by the ‘Fastest Growing New Chain’ award won by Lords Hotels & Resorts for two consecutive years.
