Le Meridien Jaipur Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Abhishek Raj Singh as the new Food and Beverage Manager and Chef Arun Avasthi as the new Executive Chef.
With over a decade of expertise in the hospitality industry, Singh brings a distinguished background in luxury dining, beverage management, and event operations to the property. He has held prominent roles at establishments, such as W Goa, The Westin Gurgaon, Courtyard by Marriott Agra, Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, and Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam. His hands-on approach and unwavering commitment to excellence have consistently led to successful F&B operations, while enhancing guest satisfaction and driving growth.
Chef Arun brings a wealth of knowledge in culinary operations, having worked with renowned brands such as Hyatt Hotels, Marriott Hotels, The Oberoi Hotels, Claridges NCR, and JP Hotels. Throughout his career, Chef Arun has held prestigious roles, showcasing his expertise in managing successful culinary operations.
