Vintage Asia, the Asian restaurant located in JW Marriott Kolkata, has unveiled its new vegetarian menu, Satori Garden, which highlights the flavours and traditions of the Far East. This menu offers a variety of Asian vegetarian dishes designed to provide a unique dining experience.
Notable items include the Spicy Maki, Broccoli Nigimaki, Corn and Avocado Tartar, alongside a Signature Nigiri Platter and a fusion dish of Zaru Udon & Tempura Kashmiri Morel. The menu also features The Passion, which combines innovative presentation with bold flavours, and a hearty Forbidden Rice & Broccoli dish. Dessert options include a refined Matcha treat, rounding out the experience.
