Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata has announced the appointment of Prasanta Nandi as the new Food & Beverage Manager. With over 14 years of extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, Nandi returns to the role and record of excellence.

A graduate of Subhas Bose Institute of Hotel Management in Kolkata, Nandi has rapidly climbed the ranks within the hospitality sector, working with prestigious brands such as Marriott, Sheraton Grand Bangalore, and The Leela Group. His expertise spans in sales and marketing, beverage contracting, and team building.

Nandi’s career highlights include managing South India’s highest lounge bar, High Ultra Lounge at the World Trade Center, and organising high-profile events like Aero India ODC for three consecutive sessions.
